These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Crystal Vision website, including the CrystalVision Assistant chatbot, at www.crystalvision.co.il (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, including the CrystalVision Assistant, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site and Assistant
•    The CrystalVision Assistant is provided to answer questions about Crystal Vision products and services only.
•    You may not use the Site or the Assistant for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.
•    Assistant answers are generated based on Crystal Vision's official documents and knowledge base.
•    You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Site or the Assistant.
3. Limitations and Disclaimer
•    Assistant answers are provided for general informational purposes and may not always be complete or accurate.
•    For decisions of importance, please contact Crystal Vision directly using the details in Section 5.
•    The Site and Assistant are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
•    Crystal Vision is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided by the Site or Assistant.
4. Intellectual Property
•    All content on the Site, including text, product information, and the Assistant's responses, is the property of Crystal Vision or its licensors.
•    You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without Crystal Vision's prior written permission.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
