Water efficiency control system for a research project
Crystalvision
has developed and maintains a water efficiency control system for a research project. The control system
includes rotary stages.
The project is using a PLC with a cutom built HMI the operator can control the rotation speed, irrigation hours, drain hours, irrigation water and fertilization levels and other important research parameters according to the client's original request.
The system irrigates, drains and weigh the plants and logs real time data for further research.
Data Translation
CrystalVision build and maintain electrical and electronics solutions, such as building and replacing electricity cabinets and maintaining factory systems and facilities.
Fish Farm Pilot Project
Crystal Vision has developed and built the process control and automation system for a fish farm pilot study project, which included electrical and pneumatic installations, PLC programming, HMI and regular extensions and maintenance of the system.
The control system includes very advanced feeding algorithms and water quality control to achieve a user-friendly and safe system for growing fish eco-friendly in a sheltered environment.
